1. Agreement
By downloading or using Auralo ("the app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all App Store apps. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the extent required.
2. Not medical advice
Auralo provides general wellness information based on data from Apple Health. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Scores and recommendations are estimates and can be wrong. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about a medical condition, and never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Exercise safety
Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise, breathing or sleep program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
4. Your data
Your data stays on your devices as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you choose to share with friends through challenges.
5. Auralo+ subscriptions
Auralo+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple Account. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use challenge sharing to send anything unlawful or abusive.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
