Coming to iPhone and Apple Watch

Know what today is for, before you get up.

Auralo reads last night's sleep, your heart rate and your stress from Apple Health, then gives you a short plan for the day. Every number comes with a plain reason. It all runs on your iPhone.

The Today screen, recreated with sample data.

A day with Auralo

One ordinary Tuesday, from the alarm to lights out. The screens are the real app, running on sample data.

  1. Wake up

Recovery is 47. Your usual is 60.

So today is an easy day, and the morning brief tells you why in one line. Scores compare you with your own last 30 days, never with strangers.

Morning brief: recovery 47, sleep 7 hours 22 minutes of 8 hours 18 minutes needed, yesterday's strain 66. Today: easy. Why: recovery is 47, your usual is 60. Light activity, keep it conversational.
  2. Today's plan

A plan that checks itself off.

Six things for today, built from last night and your goals. The run ticks off when Apple Health records it, and so do your steps. Most days you won't log a thing.

    • Drink 2.5 L of waterOne tap per glass
    • 5 minutes of slow breathingAny time today
    • In bed by 10:55 PMFrom your sleep coach
  3. Stress

Your heart is racing at a desk. Two minutes?

When your heart rate runs high for the hour and you aren't moving, Auralo offers a short breathing break. Follow the circle on your iPhone, or gentle taps on your Watch.

Stress is higher than usualTwo minutes of slow breathing could bring it down.

    Coherent breathing · 5.5 a minute · 2:00

  4. Workout

An easy run that stays easy.

Your Watch shows your heart-rate zone and how close you are to today's strain target of 35 to 55. Near the top of it, Auralo tells you to ease off. The run lands in Apple Health and ticks itself off your plan.

  5. Wind down

Bed by 10:55. It learned that from you.

The sleep coach works out how much sleep you need from how you recover. Tonight that's 8 hours 6 minutes, so it's time to put the phone down.

Sleep coach, tonight: wind down 10:25 PM, bedtime 10:55 PM, wake 6:56 AM. Need tonight 8 hours 6 minutes; base need 8 hours 11 minutes; adjustment minus 5 minutes.
  6. Sleep

Lights out. The Watch takes it from here.

Overnight, your Watch records heart rate, HRV and sleep stages. The smart alarm wakes you in light sleep inside a 30-minute window, which is how this Tuesday started at 6:48.

  7. Day 23 Streak

A cold last week didn't break it.

Your streak counts the days you followed your plan, and rest days count too. Ice-breaks cover a sick day or a long flight, so one bad day doesn't wipe out a month.

Streak: 23 days, flame level. Six days done this week. Best 23 days, ice-breaks 2 of 3, today 2 of 3 tasks.

Plain words for beginners. Every number for the rest.

New to tracking? Auralo talks like a friend who knows the science. Already know your HRV from your RHR? Switch to Advanced for baselines, deltas and how confident each score is. You can change it any time.

On your wrist, too.

A full Apple Watch app, not a mirror of your phone. No Watch? Auralo still works from your iPhone's steps and sleep. Recovery and stress are less precise without overnight heart data.

  • Recovery at a glance.

  • Last night, and tonight's bedtime.

  • Breathing, paced by gentle taps.

  • Your streak on any watch face.

Your health data never leaves your iPhone.

  • There's no account. You open the app and start. Nothing to sign in to, nothing to forget.
  • Every score is worked out on your devices. Auralo has no servers for health data, so we couldn't read yours if we tried.
  • No analytics or ad trackers in the app. Export your history as CSV, JSON or PDF, or delete it all with one button.

Questions

When can I get it?

Auralo is in testing now and isn't on the App Store yet. We haven't set a date. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, on launch day.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. With just an iPhone, Auralo uses your steps, activity and sleep (from your iPhone or any sleep app that writes to Apple Health). A Watch adds overnight heart rate and heart-rate variability, which make recovery and stress more precise.

What happens to my health data?

It stays on your iPhone and Watch. Auralo reads from Apple Health and works everything out on your devices. There are no accounts, servers or analytics. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send a challenge or export a file yourself.

What do you do with my email?

We send one email when Auralo launches. We don't share it or add you to a newsletter. We delete the list 30 days after the launch email, or sooner if you ask at hello@auralo.fit. Details.

Which iPhone and Apple Watch will it need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The Watch app needs watchOS 26 or later.

How much will it cost?

The core app will be free. Auralo+ will be $0.99 a month or $9.99 a year, with a 2-week free trial.

Is there an Android version?

No. Auralo is built on Apple Health and Apple Watch, and we'd rather do one platform well.

Is this medical advice?

No. Auralo gives wellness information to help you understand your habits. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If something feels wrong, talk to a doctor.
